Welcome to our Online Booking. Please be sure to read our full policy before scheduling your appointment. A booking confirmation confirms that you have agreed to the policy below.
- At the time of booking a non refundable & non transferable deposit is required amounting in 15% of your scheduled service.
- Arrive at your appointment on time, free of children and guests. You will have a 15 minute grace period before you are charged for a no-call no-show.
- All service bookings require a credit card or gift certificate to guarantee a reservation.
- All services, including packages, are non-refundable.
- Refunds will not be issued for services not rendered within 90 days of payment at Body Glam Studios. Customers acknowledge and accept that failure to schedule utilize services within this time frame forfeits their right to a refund.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone's life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients , the following policies are honored: 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If you are unable to give us a 24 hour advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next schedule.
No-Shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forget their appointment for whatever the reason may be, will be considered a " No-Show". No shows will be banned indefinitely and charged 100% of their missed appointment fee.
